We are also in the process of launching a new website for the Club, which is scheduled for the 1st of August 2018.
Regarding timescales, all current Club memberships will be cancelled on 31st July, and new membership applications can be submitted from 1st August. Any person that hasn’t applied for at least one membership scheme by 31st October will be removed from the Club’s database (called GMS and run by the RFU). Reminders to current members, volunteers & friends will be emailed on 31st July and 30th September.
The application process will require you to know your RFU username, which all of you already have (even if you don’t know it), and this will be included in the reminders.
