Ravens home to Bridgy
Ravens 1st XV are at home to Bridgwater & Albion on Saturday, kick off at 2.30pm. With promotion now out of reach the Combination Champions will be looking for an improved performance after a post cup final dip on the last outing.

The match marks Ben's 150th game for the Ravens and will be a family affair as father Tony will be making an appearance after his latest charity fund raising escapade.

"Having seen firsthand the impact that cancer had on close friends, I have decided to complete 6 marathons in 5 days to fundraise for the two charities who were invaluable during their cancer journeys. I am fundraising for Penny Brohn UK and BUST, both based in Bristol. These two charities play a vital part in helping not just the person going through cancer, but also their families and loved ones. During the challenge I will be visiting both charities to witness the amazing and valuable work they do, and hoping to grab some spare inspiration and hold it with me on my 157.2 miles. The challenge will start at my old rugby club who have always been so incredibly supportive of my crazy challenges!! I will start on Monday 31st March at 14:30 at Nailsea and Backwell RFC. I will complete 157.2 miles in 5 days, arriving back on Saturday 5th April at 14.30 just in time for kick off and hopefully a pint. It would be great to see you at the start and end of my challenge, but be warned, by Saturday I will be nothing short of a hobbling, stinking mess I’m sure. I have never attempted to cover this distance before, let alone over 5 days. I know it will be physically and mentally challenging, so anything you can donate will be very welcome.
