The Club are delighted to confirm that Matt Thorn (AKA Stitch) has agreed to become the new Junior Chairman.
Matt is well known at the club as head coach of the U10s and was voted clubman of the year. Matt will continue to coach his age group as well as taking on the Junior Chairman role and this reflects his commitment to junior rugby and Nailsea & Backwell RFC.
The Committee are confident thet Matt will build on Phil's legacy and further develop the junior section of Nailsea and Backwell rugby football club which includes the Mini and Midi sections.

Matt will join the Club Committee as the newly appointed Junior Chair, i would like to personally congratulate Matt and look forward to working with him.
