Section 1 - Mandatory Materials for Coaches and Team Managers to be aware of, and comply with

Section 2 - Assets for Coaches and Team Managers
RugbySafe Accident Form - to be used to report accidents and injuries to the Safeguarding Team.
RFU Reportable Injury Form - use this form to report any injuries which results in the player being admitted to hospital; deaths which occur during or within six hours of a game finishing; injuries in which artificial grass pitches or equipment such as sport goggles are involved.
First Aid Kit Replacement Form - If you use equipment from your First Aid Kit and need it replaced, click the relevant item on the form and press submit.
