Nailsea & Backwell RFC are pleased to announce Joe Swanson has been appointed as the new U18s Lead Coach for the Club. After a number of applications for the role, Joe was the successful candidate.
As an experienced Level 2 Coach and having been part of a successful coaching team for N&B already, Joe is highly regarded and brings a high level of enthusiasm to the role.
Joe is eager to develop the U18s squad whilst ensuring the players enjoy their rugby and are well prepared for a career of senior rugby at Nailsea & Backwell.
The ideas that Joe has already presented are exciting, with the Club fully supporting Joe running the U18s squad and looking forward to him getting started.
