John Budd

It is with great sadness that we must share the news of John's passing.

It's some years since John was an active member with the Club but he will be remembered by the Club's senior community for his warmth and great sense of humour. 

John played for us when we were known as Backwell RFC. During this time John led the Club as 1st XV Captain, and was much loved by players and supporters alike.

John's funeral will be held on Wednesday 13th November (11:30) at Compton Martin Church, followed by an opportunity to remember John at the Village Hall. Out of respect for John, please wear your favourite hat to both.

Our sincerest condolences are extended to John's family, friends and all that knew him.
